Wear a non-padded bra when measuring for the most accurate results.
Band size comes from your underbust: round to the nearest even number (in) and add 4, or round to nearest whole cm and convert.
Cup size is the difference between bust and underbust — each inch roughly equals one cup letter.
Sister sizes: going up a band size means going down a cup size for a similar volume fit (e.g. 34C ≈ 36B).
Re-measure every 6–12 months — weight change, pregnancy, and aging affect size.
If between sizes, try the smaller band with a bigger cup for a snugger, more supportive fit.
