Adjustment Tips

  • Saddle height is measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle along the seat tube.
  • Start with the LeMond value and fine-tune. Your knee should have a 25-35 degree bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
  • If you feel hip rocking at the bottom, lower the saddle 2-3mm.
  • If you feel knee pain in front of the knee, the saddle may be too low. Pain behind the knee may indicate it is too high.
  • After adjustment, ride for at least 30 minutes before making further changes.
