Blade Maintenance Tips
- Clean blades with a dedicated blade cleaner or Simple Green every 20-30 hours of use
- Never use a blade with missing or chipped carbide teeth
- Store blades hanging or in protective cases - never stack them
- Have blades professionally sharpened - a sharp blade is safer and cuts better
- Check blade runout with a dial indicator - should be under 0.003"
- Use a blade stabilizer for thin-kerf blades to reduce vibration
- Match blade diameter to your saw - most cabinet saws use 10"
