Find the optimal wall mount height so the screen center sits at eye level.
THX recommends the screen fill at least a 40° field of view from the seat; ideal viewing distance is roughly 1–1.5× the screen's diagonal size in feet for 4K content. Keep the top of the screen no more than 15° above eye level to avoid neck strain.
