Prize chart and odds: the operator's Millionaire for Life prize chart (read 13 Oct 2026). The top two prizes are paid for life — the operator offers an annuity with payments guaranteed for 20 years or a one-time cash payment of $18 million and $2.2 million — and are awarded on a pari-mutuel basis; the other seven prizes are fixed cash amounts.
Tax
The IRS says gambling winnings, including lotteries, are fully taxable and must be reported on your federal return (IRS Topic no. 419, Gambling income and losses, read 13 Oct 2026). Millionaire for Life is sold in 31 jurisdictions with different state rules, and this page does not state a state rate — we have not verified each state against its tax authority. Whether you take the annuity or the cash option also changes the tax picture: check your state lottery and a tax professional before relying on any estimate.
A free Millionaire for Life number generator and results checker. The game is drawn every night: five numbers from 1 to 58 plus one Millionaire Ball from 1 to 5, and a play costs $5. There are nine ways to win. The top prize is $1 million a year for life and the second is $100,000 a year for life — each can be taken as an annuity with payments guaranteed for 20 years or as one cash payment of $18 million and $2.2 million — and the other seven prizes are fixed cash amounts from $8 to $7,500. This page stores each draw's official breakdown, so a checked line shows what it would have paid in that draw, and the stored history starts with the game's first draw on 22 February 2026. Results come from the operator's results pages and the numbers are checked against the New York Gaming Commission's open data; the operator publishes no draw numbers, so draws are listed by date.
How often the big prizes were won
In the 233 stored draws, from 22 February to 12 October 2026, the top prize was won three times — 27 April, 21 May and 8 September — and the second prize eight times, each time by a single line. The result tab lists the winners in every tier for every stored draw, so you can see what a draw with no top-prize winner looks like.
Why the lowest prize is $8
A Millionaire Ball with one white ball, or two white balls on their own, each pay $8. Those are the two most common prizes: roughly one play in 15.65 matches one white ball and the Millionaire Ball, and one in 24.45 matches two white balls. A play that matches only the Millionaire Ball wins nothing, because the operator's chart has no tier for it.
Annuity or cash
Players who win the top two prizes choose an annuity — payments guaranteed for 20 years — or a one-time cash payment. The operator's prize chart gives the cash options as $18 million and $2.2 million and notes that the top prizes are awarded on a pari-mutuel basis, so the payout could change in certain circumstances.

Why past results do not help
Every draw uses the full sets of balls again, so each draw is independent of every draw before it. A number that came up ten times last month has exactly the same chance next draw as one that never came up. No generator, including this one, can improve your odds. This tool picks numbers at random and nothing more.
Before you play
Play only where lotteries are legal for you, and only if you are old enough in your jurisdiction (Age limits are set by each state lottery — check the rule where you buy). Treat any amount you spend as money you have already lost. If gambling stops feeling like a game, stop and seek help. This page does not sell tickets and is not affiliated with any lottery operator.

How is the Millionaire for Life top prize paid?
As $1 million a year for life, with payments guaranteed for 20 years, or as a one-time $18 million cash option, according to the operator. The second prize is $100,000 a year for life or $2.2 million in cash.

Do I pay tax on Millionaire for Life winnings?
The IRS treats lottery winnings as fully taxable income at the federal level. State rules differ across the 31 jurisdictions that sell the game; this page does not state them because it has not verified each state against its tax authority.
Does picking numbers that came up recently help?
No. Every draw uses all the balls again, so each draw is independent. The statistics tab records the past and says nothing about the next draw.
Where the numbers come from. Odds as published on the operator's prize chart (read 13 Oct 2026), shown for a $5 play; we recomputed every tier from the format (5 numbers from 58 and one Millionaire Ball from 5) and they agree. The operator gives overall odds of 1 in 8.46 for any prize. The top two prizes are paid as annual amounts for life, so the tables show them in the operator's wording instead of a single cash total.
